Anti-Spam Policy
Scubamail is a 100% permission-based platform. Every sender on Scubamail agrees to the rules below. This is a template — replace it with your reviewed legal policy before going live.
Permission is required
You may only send to contacts who have explicitly opted in to hear from you, through a signup form, a checkout, or a comparable documented consent. Purchased, rented, scraped, or appended lists are not allowed on the platform.
Every message identifies you
Campaigns must accurately identify the sender, use a valid reply address, and include a working unsubscribe link. Unsubscribes are processed automatically and immediately across the platform.
SMS and WhatsApp consent is separate
Phone-based channels need their own explicit opt-in. Consent for email does not carry over to SMS or WhatsApp, and delivery is also subject to local regulations and carrier rules.
Prohibited content
You may not use Scubamail to send phishing, malware, deceptive claims, or content that is unlawful, hateful, or otherwise abusive.
Enforcement
We monitor complaint and bounce rates to protect deliverability for everyone on the platform. Accounts that breach this policy may be paused, rate-limited, or terminated.
Reporting abuse
To report a message you believe breaches this policy, email support@scubamail.io with the message headers where possible.
