Cancellation & Refund Policy
This policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for Scubamail subscriptions, operated by Audiovase Technologies Pvt. Ltd.. This is a template — replace it with your reviewed policy before going live.
Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings in the app. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, after which it will not renew.
Refunds
Subscription fees for a period that has already started are generally non-refundable, and usage-based charges such as SMS or WhatsApp messages already sent cannot be refunded. If you were billed in error, contact us and we'll make it right.
Downgrades
Downgrading takes effect from the next billing period. We do not pro-rate the unused portion of the current period.
Processing time
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 business days of confirmation.
